Welcome to the Old Gentlemen Society! But why the name, you ask? Surely I appear to be quite young! You'd be right, dear reader! I am old-fashioned, named a gentleman because of it and enjoy writing out my thoughts. Thus this blog was born.
My posts can vary widely. I write often on politics, religion, and video games. Other topics can and will be written on. Try as I might, many thin-skinned people have reacted in a volatile manner to my posts, made elsewhere of course. I'm a Moderate politically, Christian religiously, and the list goes on. If you don't agree with my views that's quite fine. Leave a well-thought out comment and I'll do my best to respond in an informative manner. Elephant hurling and petty insults will be removed.
My vocation is Mathematics. Specifically, I aim to become a Math Professor. So for any naysayers: no, I do not have training in many areas I may post on. That's why this is a blog about my thoughts. If you'd like me to post about a particular article, topic, or anything else, drop me a message.
I post on a few sites. GameFAQs is a decent site for forums, but then again its's a video game site. I recall a forum called "The Emblem Brigade." While some of my actions were immature, I was ultimately banned for doing my job as a mod as well as having arguments that weren't countered except by groupthink and quote-storming. Thus I take responses critically but in a fair manner. In other words, no horsing around. Don't let that dissuade you; rather, sort your thoughts out and feel free to ask questions.
